Instructions

Things You'll Need

  • Magnetic beads
  • Magnets
  • Metallic objects
    • 1

Purchase your magnetic beads and other magnetic products from a reputable manufacturer. Magnetic beads are available in three different strengths. Look for the high power beads or anisotropic, as these are the strongest beads you can find and provide the most health benefits.

    • 2

Make a magnetic bracelet with some ¼ or 3/8 diameter magnetic gold plated spheres. Measure your wrist. Connect the spheres together just by positioning them next to each other. You don't need any string. You may add or take away spheres to achieve a proper fit.

    • 3

Create a necklace by positioning the spheres next to each other. You may use gold plated spheres, magnetic pearls, or crystals. Mix beads and crystals for a custom look, or make two necklaces of two different colors and intertwine them.

    • 4

Look for tiny round magnets at the craft store to make earrings. You may use small metallic objects or beads for the earring. Hold the magnet behind the earlobe, and place the metallic bead on the front side. You may use any metallic object like small squares or triangles. You don't need pierced ears since the magnetic force from the magnet will hold the metallic object on the front side of the earlobe.

Tips & Warnings

  • Keep the beads away from children, as they could be harmful, even fatal, if swallowed.

  • Magnetic products can affect the performance of battery-operated devices like insulin pumps, pacemakers and defibulators.
